Reform of the Constitution - including:

• Republic models: my new Constitutional Council model (2002), my Sovereign Council model (2001), my submission to the Parliamentary Committee on the Republic (late 1999), my draft based on the communiqué of the Constitutional Convention (ConCon) (early 1999), my original submission to the Constitutional Convention (ConCon) (1998), and other documents and links.
• Reform of the Senate's powers to block bills.
• A Bill of Rights.

Electoral reform - including a proposal for a new, fairer, more democratic electoral system for the Australian House of Representatives and the lower houses of State Parliaments.

Photos - (Under construction!) Photography is a passion of mine - I have thousands of photographs, and when I get around to it, will be scanning in some of the best.
